You are responsible for the prompts and content you generate. Do not create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Credits
Credits are digital currency used to generate content. They have no cash value and are non-refundable. Credits are deducted per generation as shown in the app.
AI Results
AI-generated results may vary. We do not guarantee specific styles, quality, or accuracy. Output depends on your prompts and the AI model being used.
No Guaranteed Results
We provide the tools and platform as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or specific generation outcomes. Service may be interrupted for maintenance.

Ownership of Creations
- Users retain ownership of the original stories, characters, artwork concepts, prompts, and other original content they create using Troyale Cosmic Art.
- Users may use, publish, share, display, print, and commercialize their original creations at their own discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Users may not claim ownership of, reproduce, or commercially exploit copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected intellectual property belonging to third parties. Troyale Cosmic Art does not grant rights to use or reproduce characters, brands, logos, celebrity likenesses, or intellectual property owned by Marvel, DC, Disney, anime franchises, or any other third party.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any individual, company, or organization.
Credit Policy & Usage Limits
- Troyale Cosmic Art operates on a credit-based system. Each generation feature requires a specified number of credits, which are displayed within the platform and may be updated from time to time.
- Credits are deducted only when a generation is successfully completed. If a generation fails due to a platform error, credits may be refunded in accordance with platform policies.
- Available credits, feature costs, and account balances are displayed within the user's account dashboard. Users are responsible for monitoring their remaining credit balance before initiating new generations.
- Unused credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Troyale Cosmic Art.
- Troyale Cosmic Art reserves the right to modify feature credit costs, promotional offers, free credit programs, generation limits, and platform usage policies at any time to maintain service quality, platform security, and operational sustainability.
Platform Limitations
- Troyale Cosmic Art is provided as an AI-assisted creative platform. Generated content may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or results that differ from user expectations.
- Troyale Cosmic Art does not guarantee copyright protection, trademark eligibility, commercial success, legal compliance, uniqueness of generated content, or uninterrupted platform availability.
- Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publication, distribution, commercial use, or legal filing.
- The platform may impose reasonable limits on generation requests, file uploads, account usage, storage capacity, feature availability, or system resources to maintain service quality, security, and platform performance.
